The Cadillac V-Series.R is the newest weapon from General Motors competing in both the IMSA and FIA WEC championships. The V-series.R lineup consists of 3 cars, with all a highlight colour from the Cadillac logo: the gold #01 and red #31 drive in the IMSA series, and #2 in blue competes overseas in the WEC and Le Mans. 
 The Cadillac is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.5 liter V8 engine, and has perhaps the best sounding engine of the Hypercar field.
Although the 01 Cadillac did not have a spectacular season, there were some highlights like the victory in Laguna Seca, and the strong drive on Le Mans. The Gold car is driven by Renger Van der Zande, Sebastian Bourdais and Scott Dixon.
